How does per-clinic billing work?
Our Professional plan includes up to 3 registered clinic locations. If you practice at additional facilities or polyclinics, each extra clinic is billed at an add-on rate of ₹999/month.
Can I assign different staff members to different clinics?
Yes! You can invite receptionists, assistants, and pharmacists with clinic-specific access permissions so they only view patients and appointments for their assigned facility.
Is there a long-term lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans can be canceled or adjusted anytime. If you close or add a clinic branch, your invoice updates automatically on the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major corporate and personal credit/debit cards, UPI auto-mandates, Net Banking, and GST invoice billing for clinics.
